A Fighting Chance is a weapon shop located in the Imperial City Market District. The proprietor of the store is Rohssan, who, aside from trading, offers weapon and armor repair, while also being an Apprentice armorer trainer.
Rohssan has 1200 
and a Mercantile skill of 80. When bartering, she will buy weapons, armor and miscellaneous items whilst only selling blades. Her wares include the unique Battleaxe of Hatred, which has damage Strength, Endurance and Willpower enchantments. Rohssan also offers repair services and advanced Armorer training.

If the Hero fails to steal Amantius Allectus' Diary during this quest, they will be sent to steal Rohssan's Antique Cutlass from A Fighting Chance.
Armorer Training
The Hero must prove their Armorer skills to receive training from Rohssan.
