Head to Aldruhn and speak to Edwinna, she will tell you that an Argonian in the Sadrith Mora mages guild promised her a potion. Use the Mages guild teleport to Wolverine hall and speak to the nearest Argonian who you see. He will give you the potion return and give the potion to Edwinna.
