Absorb Stamina transfers Stamina from the victim to the caster. The caster may exceed his maximum stamina for the duration. When the effect ends, the caster loses the borrowed stamina, and the victim regains lost stamina.

The Absorb Stamina effect can be gained by disenchanting weapons imbued with the effect.

UsefulnessEdit

Absorb Stamina is a powerful enchantment for melee oriented characters, since it allows them to perform power attacks ad infinitum.  It is particularly useful for two-handed weapons, mitigating their heavy power attack stamina cost.  In addition, vampires may find the effect useful, since it allows them to replenish their stamina even while under the effects of Weakness to Sunlight.
