Ahzidal's Gauntlets of Warding are a unique pair of Ancient Nord Gauntlets and part of the unique Ahzidal's Armor set found in The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn.
Acquisition
It can be obtained in Kolbjorn Barrow on a pedestal during the third investment stage of the quest Unearthed. It is behind a rotating stone wall that can be opened by pulling a sequence of three chains nearby.
Enchantment
"Your Wards are 25% less effective, but absorb 50% of the magicka from incoming spells."
Smithing
The gauntlets can be upgraded with a steel ingot at a workbench and also benefit from the Advanced Armors perk, which doubles the improvement, but are enchanted, so also require Arcane Blacksmith.
