The Altar of Dibella is a small altar dedicated to Dibella, one of the Nine Divines. Altars to each of the Divines are located radially along the wall around the main altar in each city's Chapel, beneath a representation of the Divine in stained glass. In order to gain the Blessing of Dibella from this altar, you must have found and activated the Wayshrine of Dibella.
