Amber Bows can be forged from amber by the smith Dumag gro-Bonk, who operates The Missing Pauldron in Bliss. He can forge one bow from two pieces of amber ore. Providing a bow matrix will yield an enchanted bow.
The quality of the bow and, if applicable, its enchantment, is scaled to the Hero's level at the time when gro-Bonk makes it. A maximum quality bow is equal in strength to a Daedric bow.
