The Amulet of Disintegration is an enchanted amulet with very powerful Disintegrate Armor and Disintegrate Weapon enchantments. This amulet is needed for the quest "The Coming Storm."
It is possible to use this amulet to train the Armorer skill, but not recommended due to its glitches. Instead, use an equivalent master level Destruction Disintegrate Weapon 100 pts on self and Disintegrate Armor 100pts on self-created at the Praxographical Center in the Arcane University.

- On the console versions, after the Hero turns it in and steals it, the enchantments become permanent but not active. Also, the Hero becomes unable to equip or drop the amulet. The game still considers it a quest item even after it is turned in for the reward.
