Amulet of the Gargoyle is a unique amulet found in The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard, during the quest "Amulets of Night Power." It is only available if the Dragonborn chooses to become a Vampire Lord at the conclusion of "Bloodline." The Amulet of the Gargoyle is the companion amulet of the Amulet of Bats.
The amulet must be worn before transforming into a Vampire Lord. Summoning a gargoyle in this form will summon an additional Gargoyle for 30 seconds.
Amulet of the Gargoyle can be enchanted with one or possibly two (with an Enchanting skill of 100 and the Extra Effect perk) additional enchantments from any enchanting table. These effects won't show in the item text, but they are viewable in the Active Effects section.
The additional Gargoyle can be used to gain additional Vampire Lord perks, as killing it with the Vampiric Drain spell will count towards feeding. The cycle of summoning and killing can be repeated indefinitely to gain perks.
