Applewatch is a small farm located northwest of Bruma. Usually it is the home of Perennia Draconis. It plays a role in the Dark Brotherhood questline. Several barrels around the house contain vegetables including rice, radishes, and potatoes.

InteractionsEdit

This is where Perennia Draconis in the Next of Kin quest is found. If the Listener first says to her that he or she is there for her children, she will give gold and a note on where to find them. After completing the quest, the farm will remain uninhabited, but tombstones of the family will be in the garden. Perennia Draconis' headstone, once read, will summon her vengeful ghost to kill her murderer.

Later on, Lucien Lachance will ask the Listener to meet him there, but upon arrival he will have been killed by the Black Hand. After this, his mutilated body will continue to hang from a beam in the house.
