Arkan was a male Breton. He was the Scribe of Daggerfall during the rule of King Gothryd's predecessors. Arkan was the author of The First Scroll of Baan Dar, which he wrote in 2E 24. The Scroll of Baan Dar was a collective work attempting to describe and explain the mysterious bandit god, Baan Dar.
