Once the Hero of Kvatch has a skill level of 70 or above, they will be directed to Gin-Wulm.
Trainers
The low level Armorer trainers are Eitar, who lives in the house just east of the Great Chapel of Zenithar in Leyawiin and Tadrose Helas, the smith of the Chorrol Fighters Guild. The mid level trainers are Rohssan, who runs a Fighting Chance and Rasheda, who runs Fire and Steel in Chorrol.
Walkthrough
Once the Hero of Kvatch has a skill level of 70 or above, they will direct the Hero to Gin-Wulm, an Argonian who spends his time roaming the streets of The Market and Elven Gardens Districts in the Imperial City. Once asked to be trained by him, he will sarcastically ask: "What does the name Hazadir mean to you?".
Unless the Hero has read "The Armorer's Challenge", the only response will be "Nothing". If the Hero has, they can reply "He won the Armorers Challenge", thus giving the ability to be trained by him. The book can be bought from the First Edition or found on top of the bookshelf on the second floor of the Cheydinhal Fighters Guild.

To train further in my Armorer study, I must speak with Gin-Wulm in the Imperial City's Market District. |
I must find the answer to Gin-Wulm's question: "What does the name Hazadir mean to you?" He hinted that a book in the shop First Edition may have the answer. |
I have answered Gin-Wulm's question, and he has agreed to train me.

Trivia
- Gin-Wulm says that Hazadir was his great-great grandsire's sister's son. This explains why Rhossan commented that smithing runs in Gin-Wulm's blood.
