Ash Yam is a tough and tuberous root ingredient in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. The root itself has a red and brown color, tipped with several darkly shaded green leaves. A remarkable part of the ash yam are the three rather big brown leaves sticking out on top of the root.

Ash Yams grow commonly in the Ascadian Isles and is a favored vegetable by its inhabitants. It can also be found as random loot as its value and commodity make it appear in many random boxes across Vvardenfell.
