Assaulting the Citadel is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online. Kailstig the Axe tells the Vestige about Hel Ra Citadel, an ancient Yokudan city lost to the centuries. The city has recently been opened and occupied by the Celestial Warrior.

Walkthrough
Kailstig the Axe has told of Hel Ra Citadel, a lost Yokudan city, sealed for eternity, and opened up by the Warrior. Now his Anka-Ra forces occupy the city. The Vestige and his allies must traverse the city's defences, and defeat the Warrior in his Hall at the center of the city.

and a random Celestial armor piece.
