Athrelor is a Bosmer commoner and refugee from Kvatch. Even with all the misery and problems, he is still open for business.
Background[]
During the attack, he woke up in his basement to fire and screaming. Fortunately, he managed to escape the burning town and fled to the woods, spending the rest of his night there. When he returned to the gate, Kvatch was already a smoking ruin so he went down the Gold Road to settle at the refugee camp after seeing the city in shambles.
