Balynu Teran is a Dunmer living in the Redoran Stronghold of Marandus. She is also a member of House Redoran. Marandus is in the Molag Amur region.
She can be found in the Upper Level of the Stronghold. She is a Healer, and is prominently playing her role as a Redoran Retainer.
Trivia
- It is interesting to note that, being a Healer, she is required to be advanced in some aspect in Restoration. Ironically she can only utilize merely 23 Magicka.
