The Bands of Kwang Lao are a pair of wrist bands located in the Imperial City Arena District. These unique gauntlets fortify the Hand to Hand skill by 20 points. The bands can be found in Branwen and Saliith's chest with a very hard lock (can be opened at character level 1 through use of lockpicking if skilled enough at the minigame), located in the Imperial City Arena District. The key can be obtained from either Branwen or Saliith and can be obtained either by killing one or both of them, or pickpocketing the key from them.
