Bardic Knowledge is a lesser power found in The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn. Unlike other powers, it's not restricted to once a day use.
Acquisition[]
It is one of three possible powers gained from the quest "Black Book: Untold Legends."
Effect[]
"Summons a spectral drum that plays for 300 seconds, improving Stamina Regen for you and nearby allies."
When activated, a floating spectral drum is summoned that emits musical notes. It grants the following bonus as long as it's active:
- Fortify Stamina Rate: 50% for 300 seconds in a 250 ft radius.
Usefulness[]
- This power is useful for vampire characters, due to their lack of stamina regeneration when in sunlight. When combined with the Wind Walker Light Armor perk, a vampire will have normal stamina regeneration in sunlight.
- It is also helpful for countering the Damage Stamina Regeneration effect from Necromancer Amulet, albeit only increased it by 25%.
- It can help maintain the Breath of Nchuak ability produced by the Visage of Mzund.
Trivia[]
- The spectral drum will not replace any summoned creatures. Therefore, the Dragonborn can have two summons and the spectral drum at the same time.
- Using the spectral drum is the only way for the Dragonborn to play music, except in Skyrim VR.
