Beds offer a different type of waiting. Sleeping in a bed allows for the quick passage of time. If a bed is owned by a Character, a message appears, detailing it. Sleeping in an owned bed makes it impossible to receive the "Well Rested" active effect and is considered a Crime. Leveling up requires the use of beds.

LocationsEdit

Beds in Cyrodiil can be found in all of the cities and towns, including some mines and dungeons. Cheap beds can be rented at inns. Joining a faction or buying a home gives free beds.

QuestsEdit

• To gain the attention of the Dark Brotherhood and thus become a member, a person must be murdered, then a bed must be slept in.
• Through A Nightmare, Darkly requires that a bed be slept in, since Henantier must be rescued from his Dreamworld and the amulet used to get there puts the wearer to sleep immediately.
