Benirus Manor Ghost is an undead creature in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The ghosts can only be found in Benirus Manor during the duration of the quest Where Spirits Have Lease.

The Hero has overheard a rumor that Velwyn Benirus wants to sell a manor in the city of Anvil, and that he is selling it cheap. One may locate him and see what he has to offer.
Souls[]
One might no more expect a humble ghost to fill a Grand Soul Gem than a Mudcrab. And they are not much harder to fight. But, since they are unique, named creatures, and will level along with the player, as long as the player is sufficiently high level, the ghosts there offer not only the Ectoplasm one would expect, but Grand Souls as well. And since the player need only step in and out of the house to respawn them, those rewards are unlimited.
