Bevadar Bels is a Dunmer who resides in and works at Venim Manor in the Manor District of Ald'ruhn. Bevadar and several other guards were hired by the Venim family to guard Varvur Sarethi, who is held captive in the manor.
He may be killed by the Nerevarine during an attempt to resist the rescue of Varvur Sarethi from the manor.
