Bill Nighy (born William Francis Nighy) is an award-winning English actor who provided the voice for High King Emeric in The Elder Scrolls Online. Some of his other work includes Davy Jones in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, Viktor in the Underworld movie series, as well as minor parts in franchises such as Doctor Who and Harry Potter.
