Bittneld the Curse-Bringer is a Nord and is the Guard Captain of the Chorrol Guard, who can be found patrolling the streets of Chorrol or in Castle Chorrol's guard barracks.
In spite of his position as an officer of the law, he will not try to arrest the Hero when they have a bounty.

Countess Arriana Valga in Chorrol will inform the Hero that a treasured painting of her late husband has been stolen. She requests that they retrieve it for her and bring the culprit to justice.
