Black Arts Burial Ground is an unmarked location found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. In one of the side alcoves is a necromancer impaled by a dagger on the table. The powerful Staff of Revenants can be found near his body, and a Skill Book in the rest of the ruins.
