Blind Moth Priests are Imperials who are members of the Order of the Ancestor Moths, normally residing in either the Temple of the Ancestor Moths or in the libraries of White-Gold Tower.
These priests guard the Elder Scrolls as well as the deeper parts of the Temple of the Ancestor Moths where they reside. In combat they typically wield an Akaviri Katana or Dai-Katana.
