Blizzard Rest is a giant's encampment found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
It is located north of Whiterun and south of Dawnstar. The camp is also in close proximity to Heljarchen Hall (If Hearthfire is installed). This camp is inhabited by only one giant, tending two mammoths. Three mammoth cheese pouches can be found, as well as two charred skeever over the bonfire.
Quests
- Kill the Giant: The Jarl of Dawnstar may ask the Dragonborn to kill the Giant at Blizzard Rest after level 22 is reached.
Notable items
- An expert locked chest with random loot.
- Several leather containers containing mammoth cheese bowls.
