Arlimahera was a Redguard Blood Queen of Hegathe. In Arlimahera's diaries, which were written in 2E 412, she provides the earliest known record that mentions the Dark Brotherhood.[1]
She is also mentioned in The Worthy Ar-Azal, His Deeds, as a daughter of Crown Ruler Murahd of Rihad.[2]
