Walkthrough[]
When approaching Cumberland's Watch, you will notice the area has been overrun by Goblins. You will meet a man here called Watch Captain Rama who will ask you to take revenge on the goblins for killing all his men. He will also instruct you to destroy the territory markers the goblins have set up throughout the camp.
There are three territory markers; the one in the south tower will be closest to you. Head through the gate and then immediately to your right; the marker will be by the burned-down house. From here, the other two markers will be about as close. If you follow the road to the east, you will find the east gate territory marker in front of the gate. Finally, head to your northwest for the northern tower territory marker. It will be up the stairs by the tower.
Once all the markers are destroyed, head to the southern watchtower and speak with Captain Rama there to finish the quest. To start the next quest, "A Means to an End", you will have to talk to Watch Commander Kurt, who is lying on the ground here.
