Good job reviving it after your time travel, but you know. In three more years TES 6 might have been announced, so Skyrim will fall fast.
Finding the worn armor ... it's unchanted and you can double enchant it especially when you us alchemy. I can carry over a mil, while sneaking being undecteted over 1mil%. I can lockpick, and pick pocket over 1mil%, two, handed, bow, shout, health, majic, and one handed weapons are over 1 mil%. You wil need a ring to enchant outside of the armor. The Worn Shrouded Armour is found in the Dawnstar sanutary. You might have to reproduce it by going to Writerun and do the cheat ... this will give you extra armor to play around with. I normally have Boots: Sneak/Carry, Armor: Health/Stamina, Ring: One Handed/ Pickpocket, Cowl: Lockpicking/Majic, Gloves: Two Handed/Archery and the Amulet of Talos. The Daggers are the only weapons that need to be made legendary. If you enhance your armor through alchemy your health, stamina, and majic should be fine.
If you destroy the dark brotherhood you can still get all of the special items except shadowmere (the horse) by looting the dead Assassins, the only difference between destroying them and not is that you get a better experience from doing the whole thing, but if you don’t care about the experience then doing the whole quest line is a waste of time and you should destroy the dark brotherhood.
and the blade of woe is obtainable when destroying the DB. just loot if from astrid
Omg, you just solved all my conflicts. I was so conflicted cause I wanted my character to be a good character, but all the interesting quests aren't really "good" (as joining the thieves guild or the dark brotherhood). Roleplaying this way is actually a good solution.

You get from around 29900 to around 34250 for doing all normal quests and all contracts...
and the dark brotherhood forever can give you from 500 to 1200 gold and it goes on forever... So it's actually infinite gold :p
Thanks for the calculations! It’s true. The only problem is it’s not truly infinite because our game consoles will become non existent at some point and way way way before that everyone in this discussion will have died. But good math though my friend. It was all insightful knowledge :)
Bonuses for Joining include Arguably the best mount in the game, a summonable phantom assassin, a new place to live within the headquarters and contracts that allow you to kill NPCs for gold instead of bandits or animals like the Companions do.
If you decide to destroy the dark brotherhood you will Receive a set Of the dark brotherhood attire along with a copy of the unique dagger from Astrid’s corpse and a few thousand gold.
Personally, it’s really dependent on where you are in the game by the time the quest is given and what playthough you are doing. By the time I was doing the quest line I already had over a million gold, already had A similar mount from the DG dlc and was nearing lv 80 so I really didn’t need the phantom.
