WalkthroughEdit

• Talk to Eydis in Old Hroldan's Inn, rent the room that Tiber Septim slept in
• Spend the night (or at least the better part of it) in that room
• A scream will awaken the Dragonborn; Eydis will say she saw a ghost
• Talk to the ghost, accept the quest to find the sword
• Go to the random dungeon (see below) and get the sword
• Go back to the inn and do the same thing again if the ghost is not visible
• Talk to him and give the sword to complete the quest
