Butter is a type of food found in Hearthfire. It is used for baking and preparing foods such as steamed mudcrab legs and clam chowder.

Locations Edit

• Can be periodically collected from the churn in the kitchen wing of a Homestead.
• One spawns on a table in the kitchen wing when all the furnishings have been added.
• Can be purchased from most innkeepers.
• Can be purchased from some food venders' stalls and general goods merchants.
• May be found as loot on dead enemies such as bandits.

Bugs Edit

•  PC   The butter may not respawn from the kitchen of the homestead.
•  PS3   360   The butter may not respawn from the kitchen of Lakeview Manor.
