Chestnut Handy Stables is a stable in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion located outside of the Imperial City. It's on the other side of the city gates from the Talos Plaza district, on the City Isle. There are no horses for sale here; it is implied they were eaten by the orc owner, Snak gra-Bura.
With the Horse Armor plug-in, this stable sells the armor. If the Hero has no horse but has the plug-in, it is possible to receive an old nag for free to be armored, also free.
