Cicero the Betrayer is a creature card in The Elder Scrolls: Legends that is a part of The Fall of the Dark Brotherhood expansion.
Acquisition
This card is acquired during The Fall of the Dark Brotherhood storyline, in Episode 4: A Traitor in our Midst.
Strategy
Cicero has a couple uses. The first use is to slay an opposing creature. The second is using on friendly creatures. Each way you use Cicero, when you slay, you get drawn 2 cards. It is best to use Cicero to attack first, and make sure he has health.
