The following is a list of Soul Gem IDs in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. To receive the soul gem you want, type the following in the console:
player.AddItem <itemID> <#>
"<itemID>" is the soul gem's ID and "<#>" is the number of those soul gems you want.

All pre-filled soul gems contain a soul of the same size. Soul gems containing souls smaller than the gem can only be created by the player by soul trapping a soul while only having larger soul gems in the inventory.
