The Cuirass of the Savior's Hide is a piece of armor created by the Daedric Prince Hircine. Appearing in various other Elder Scrolls titles, it returns to The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, where it gives a significant resistance to magic. Wearing it bolsters the light armor skill when struck.

Comparisons with other gamesEdit

In The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Hircine asks that a unicorn be killed, the horn removed and brought back to him as an offering. No such task is required in Morrowind.

AcquisitionEdit

It resides in a heavily locked cupboard in the Hall of Fyr in Tel Fyr, and the key sits at the end of an undocumented quest, a long string of keys and locked cupboards which also lead to a Daedric Crescent, a plethora of Dwemer artifacts, and another Daedric Artifact.
