Daedric Greatsword of the Inferno is used by conjured Dremora Lords. Dremora lords do not drop them upon death but they can be created by the player by smithing or acquiring an ordinary Daedric Greatsword then enchanting it with an appropriatly leveled "Fire Damage" enchant at an arcane enchanter. It is also possible, although unlikely that one could spawn as random loot.

It is also possible to obtain this weapon during the Conjuration Ritual Spell. After defeating the Unbound Dremora Lord one of 3 times, his greatsword may drop, and be free to grab before he is sent back to Oblivion.

Getting hit must be avoided at all costs, stay back and attack the wielder using Frost based damage - this weapon can take large chunks of your health quickly; getting one on the other hand will prove very useful.

You can create an identical version by getting a Daedric Greatsword via the Atronach Forge, and then (Upgrading it first is wise if you want to) enchanting it with fire damage; you might not reach 30 with a low enchanting skill though.
