Dakin Kuntarnammu is a Dunmer Barbarian who resides in the Ashlands of Morrowind. He is found in a small campsite along with Zanat Assarnuridan, located not far from Huleen's Hut outside Maar Gan. They are both hostile and will attack the Nerevarine on sight.
