Darkfall Passage is a location in The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard that can be reached via Darkfall Cave.
Location
This cave is initially accessed during the quest "Touching the Sky" by help of the Snow Elf Knight-Paladin Gelebor. Gelebor will open one of the shrines for the Dragonborn, who, after travelling through it, ends up in Darkfall Passage.
After "Touching the Sky" has been completed, Darkfall Passage can be accessed through any of the opened shrines, through the shrine in Darkfall Cave and through Darkfall Grotto.
Enemies
Darkfall Passage is mainly inhabited by Falmer. Several Falmer villages can be found inside the cave. The second portion of the passage is inhabited by Vale Deer and Vale Sabre Cats.
Loot
Darkfall Passage is a good location of finding Falmer armor and weapons. There are also several chests containing random loot.
Furthermore, in the cave grow the ingredients Gleamblossom and Poison Bloom. Vale Deer Hide and Vale Sabre Cat Hide can be obtained by killing the animals.

- Darkfall Passage is one of the two locations that the Dragonborn will encounter the new flora and fauna introduced in The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard, including Vale Deer, Vale Sabre Cat, Gleamblossom, Yellow Mountain Flower (can also be found in other areas as well) and Poison Bloom.
- The first part of the passage is extremely dark — darker than any other cavern in Skyrim. It can be difficult to navigate without the use of torches, nightvision, or the candlelight Alteration spell.
