While passing the stables near the Stonetooth Smithy the Vestige will meet an Orsimer named Hunt-Wife Lurgush. She asks them if they have met the chief's daughter yet, Lokra. She has a fascination with the lives of adventurers like them. It's unfortunate as her duty as the chief-daughter she must be wed to another clan, to forge an alliance. She thinks Lokra is seeking to escape this honor, and she the Vestige can help. Lorka will listen, as if she leaves without the blessing from the clan, she will be clanless.
After accepting to help, head down to the docks where Lorka stands all day, staring at the ship the Vestige arrived on. When talking to her she would like to know if they arrived with Lambur on that ship. She is envious, free to see the world and make ones life whatever one wants.
She knows her duties to the clan but she wants to see the world before she gets married. She mentions she has no courage, and that she wants to go but not without the blessing of her mother and grandmother. The Vestige suggests they can talk to them but Lorka thinks it's no use.
Follow the markers to find the mother and grandmother. Glurala, the grandmother, senses Lokra has found an ally in them. She can't determine Lorka's path, nor can her mother or the chief. She must decide, and if she leaves without any blessing, she must accept the cost. Tell her to follow her heart.
The mother is found in the chief's chambers, she says her daughter has spirit, I'll give her that. She knows her duty and she would rather have her be miserable and alive than dead on some fool adventure. Lokra must accept her part and perform her duty, remind her of that.
Head back to Lokra at the docks and tell her what the mother and grandmother said. The Vestige can now choose between advising her to stay and do her duty, or tell her her life is her own, suggesting she comes sailing with them, if that's what she wants. Completing the quest will give a reward of the Seamount Bow and some .
