Delfran was a bandit leader that terrorized the Azra's Crossing area. He managed to capture the Imperial fugitive, Skelos Undriel. He later raided Azra's Crossing, and captured most of the villagers. The mysterious Hero of Azra's Crossing managed to defeat and destroy Delfran's gang.[1]
Delfran had a Shadowkey in his possession, found on his throne in Delfran's Hideout.
