"We have made camp at Dive Rock, reportedly the highest natural observation point in all of Cyrodiil. From here we can see for miles! So we'll keep watch, night and day."
Agnar's Journal

Dive Rock is a landmark very high up in the mountains in the extreme northeastern limits of Cyrodiil, and is the highest natural observation point in the province.

It is located north-northeast of Cheydinhal, where the Jerall and Valus mountain ranges meet. It can be quite difficult to reach. If Aerin's Camp has already been found, travel north-northeast, up the steep mountainside.

On Dive Rock there is a tent with two beds inside. You will find Agnar's Journal next to a small camp fire, and Agnar' and Svenja Snow-Song's supply sack. Agnar himself can be found dead in the snow nearby, where the Uderfrykte Matron can usually be found. The Matron is a large, nearly-invisible Troll who shimmers like the snow she inhabits and is best defeated with fire-based magic or fire enchanted weapons.

Inside the Matron is what's left of Agnar's wife, including her Frostwyrm Bow, an elven bow which has an enchantment of 15 frost damage points on strike.

Approaching the very tip of Dive Rock and looking out over Cyrodiil reveals several locations marked on the map, including Kingscrest Cavern.

  • Looting Agnar's body might display a message stating "You may not scavenge your fallen opponents' weapons or shields." if the Hero attempts to loot the Fur Helmet. This message is usually displayed during an Arena match. The rest of his equipment can be looted, however.
  • Dive Rock is known to be a popular location to kill the Adoring Fan, possibly due to its great height.
