Do Not Delete - Not A Test Cell is a test cell accessible only through the use of console commands. Its walls are made of stone and the room is square with a number of Thieves Guild-related quest items lying on several tables. On the eastern wall is a door which cannot be opened nor closed, nor does it seem to lead anywhere.
