In Portdun Watch, you will run into a man called Remy Berard, who will tell you he regrets joining up with the bandits here. He will ask you to bring a family heirloom to his brother Berard, saying that his brother will know what it means. Therron will be in Wayrest, in the market. Give the item to him to finish the quest.
