Dominion Menders are healers that appear in Aldmeri Dominion territory in Cyrodiil. Dominion Menders defend the Dominion's two Elder Scroll Temples and Temple Gates and keeps and towns under the Dominion's control including keep resources. They will attack any person belonging to the Ebonheart Pact or Daggerfall Covenant and heal Aldmeri Dominion non-player characters.

- Alliance menders in Cyrodiil each previously wore light armor in the style of their race. Since Update 22, alliance menders wear light armor in the style of their alliance.
