Dragonscale Armor is a piece of light armor and part of the Dragonscale Armor set found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

LocationsEdit

Unenchanted Armor will begin to appear throughout Skyrim at level 46 and enchanted variants can be found at level 47. These locations include:

• Found as random loot in chests.
• Enchanted variants dropped as random loot by Revered or Legendary Dragons.

SmithingEdit

Dragonscale Armor requires a Smithing level of 100 and the Dragon Smithing perk to forge. It can be crafted at a blacksmith's forge with the following components:

• 3 × Leather Strips
• 1 × Leather
• 4 × Dragon Scale
• 2 × Iron Ingot

It can be upgraded with Dragon Scales at a workbench and also benefits from the Dragon Smithing perk, which doubles the improvement.
