Description

Drarayne Thelas' storage is in eastern Balmora near her home. The entrance is up the (exterior) stairs to the right. The door is locked and requires 45 security to pick. Otherwise, the Nerevarine may obtain the key from Thelas during the related Fighter's Guild quest.
