Dumania Jirich is an Imperial located in Anvil. She is the acting Primate of the Chapel of Dibella until she is killed by Umaril the Unfeathered once the events of The Elder Scrolls IV: Knights of the Nine begin. At the end of the Knights of the Nine quest line, she is replaced as Primate of Dibella by Selene Duronia.
