The Dwarven Helmet is a piece of heavy armor and part of the Dwarven armor set found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Its appearance is loosly based on the Greek hoplite helmet; particularly the Corinthian-pattern helmet, with a molded face mask. The design of the face depends on the gender of the wearer.

- Blacksmiths and general goods merchants.
- Found as random loot in chests or as a world item.
Fixed locations
Edit
- Tower of Mzark - On the shelves to the right, immediately upon entering.
- Deep Folk Crossing - On the stone Dwemer structure.
- Mzinchaleft Gatehouse - In the final room, on a stone table in the upper balcony area.
- Nchuand-Zel - A full set of Dwarven armor behind an expert locked gate in the Nchuand-Zel Armory.
Smithing
Edit
A Dwarven Helmet requires a Smithing level of 30 and the Dwarven Smithing perk to forge. It can be crafted at a blacksmith's forge with the following components:
- 2 × Dwarven Metal Ingot
- 2 × Leather Strips
- 1 × Iron Ingot
- 1 × Steel Ingot
It can be upgraded with a Dwarven metal ingot at a workbench and also benefits from the Dwarven Smithing perk, which doubles the improvement.
Variants
Edit
- Visage of Mzund - A unique variant added in The Elder Scrolls V: Dragonborn.
