Elfborn is a Destruction and Restoration ability in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind that raises the multiplier used to derive the amount of magicka a character has. The standard multiplier is 0.5. Also this ability inflicts a 50% weakness to Magicka Damage.

Effects

Both magic effects are constant on self:

• Fortify Maximum Magicka – 15 * Intelligence
• Weakness to Magicka – 50%

• This ability bestowed upon those born under The Apprentice birthsign.
