Elomion was an eccentric Arch-Mage of what was most likely the College of Winterhold sometime during the First Era. He was heavily against the practice of soul-trapping, his reasoning being stated in a well-known quote of his, "Would you like to spend your afterlife powering my levitation staff?". Elomion claimed to have never once in his life cast a soul-trap spell.[1]
