The Elven Warhammer is a Two-Handed weapon found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

AppearanceEdit

As with all Elven weaponry and armor, the motif of the hawk is very prominent. In the case of the Elven Warhammer, the large head of the hammer takes the form of a highly stylized hawk's head and wings. The handle displays additional intricate carvings and detail, as does the counter-balance at the opposite end.

LocationsEdit

Unenchanted Elven Warhammers will begin to appear throughout Skyrim at level 19 and enchanted warhammers can be found at level 20. These locations include:

• Blacksmiths and General Goods Merchants.
• Wielded by various Characters or Enemies.
• Found as random loot in chests or as a world item throughout Skyrim.

Fixed LocationsEdit

• Thalmor Justiciars typically carry these warhammers.
• One can be found in an expert-level-locked display case in Kodlak's room in Jorrvaskr.

SmithingEdit

An Elven Warhammer requires a Smithing level of 30 and the Elven Smithing perk to create. It can be forged at a blacksmith's forge with the following components:

• 2x Iron Ingots
• 1x Quicksilver Ingot
• 3x Leather Strips
• 2x Refined Moonstone

It can be upgraded with a Refined Moonstone ingot at a grindstone. The Elven Smithing perk doubles the improvement.
